Held senior finance positions with leading companies including Finance Director (Asia Pacific) for Nasdaq listed Aviat Networks. Previous roles with KPMG, Hewlett Packard and Nokia. Mei Lan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a qualified chartered accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Technologist with over 20 years experience in software development. Designed and implemented solutions for Tier-1 operators including Vodafone, Colt, Airtel, TDC, Telus, BSNL, MTNL, and KPN. Previous roles in a software startup as well as Aricent as Director, Engineering and Hughes Software. Advanced knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies. Chiranjib holds the degrees of Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering and has published academic papers in novel data clustering methods.

Arun Goel joined Avanseus in September 2022. He comes with over 30 years of experience in telecom industry. Prior to joining Avanseus, he has held key executive positions with global organizations such as Ericsson, IBM and HCL. His key expertise domain being Telecom network operations and transformation. He has delivered several landmark business successes in the network transformation domain through efficient operations and automations. He comes with well proven leadership skills, having created and transformed a team of over 10000 people. Arun Goel holds a bachelor of degree in engineering.

Rajendra Panda has over 25 years of experience in IT/Telecom consulting and go-to-market strategies, specializing in growth initiatives. In his previous role as a VP of Analytics, he successfully built a business line in mobile data monetization using Big Data technologies, leading it from startup to its first sale and revenue recognition. Rajendra has extensive experience in consulting, sales, business development, and forming strategic alliances. He possesses in-depth knowledge of AI, analytics, telecom, and product management, with previous senior roles at Nokia, IBM, and Amdocs. Rajendra holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree.

Armando is a Founder, Board Member and Investor in a number of companies. He is a C-level executive with 30+ years international experience in Communications and IT industries. Armando has vast knowledge and experience across Business and Consumer customer segments and has participated in various mergers and acquisitions. Previously he was CEO of Portugal Telecom and a member of the Executive Board of Nokia Siemens Networks where he served as Executive Vice President (EVP) of Europe & Africa Cluster, and EVP of Global Services. Prior to this, he was VP for the Latin America region. He has also worked in the IT industry in Hewlett Packard and Compaq Computers. Armando has a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand (Johannesburg, South Africa).

Marcus Weldon is considered a luminary in the ICT industry in terms of the clarity, depth and breadth of his vision. Until March 2021, Marcus was Nokia's Corporate Chief Technology Officer. He coordinated the technical strategy and drove technological and architectural innovations into Nokia's end-to-end networking systems and software portfolio. In addition, as President of Bell Labs, Marcus was responsible for defining and creating the next disruptive innovations and the pioneering research that will help form the foundation of the future ICT industry. Marcus has won numerous technical, scientific and engineering society awards for his work and technical vision and leadership throughout his career. He holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA, and a Bachelor of Science joint honors degree from King's College in London, UK.

Jan has worked within the Telecom Industry for over 40 years with Operators and System Suppliers. His vast experience includes CEO and VP positions and includes marketing and sales, as well as R&D. Currently, Jan heads a consulting firm which he founded in 2015. Prior to this, he was VP and Corporate Officer for Ericsson supporting Ericsson Executive Management. Other senior Ericsson roles included President of Eastern Europe & Central Asia, Country Manager for Russia, President of Operations in Central Europe, Country Manager for Austria, MD & Country Manager for India, President of Operations in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan, and Country Manager & President for Bangladesh. Earlier Operator roles included VP Marketing and Sales for Telia (TeliaSonera), and CEO and President of start-up Operator, Suntel Pvt. Ltd. Jan holds an MSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Lund, Sweden.
